Kicks!!

To those people who think it's a good idea to target practice with high powered rifles down a road!! 2 times in the last 5 years I have come across someone shooting directly towards me.

I didn't make these comments, but I've seen lots of shell casings and actually come across people shooting. It is legal and as long as they are well away from a place where they could accidentally shoot some one then we can't complain. However, they should clean up their shell casings as they are litter.

any chance you can say where this has happened and where you've seen some of the shells? so people can be warned.
it's really scary. is it even legal?

I've come across lots of rifle shells. I've been lucky enough to never encounter the shooters.
